-There will be no returns, no refunds, and no replacements. UNLESS I feel the situation calls for it.

-First come, first serve.

-I have the right to change prices according to development.

-I have the right to refuse a sale to anyone at anytime.

-I do not guarantee show or breeding success.

-I currently do not ship.

-I can not meet anyone more than a half an hour away.(except for shows) -I will deliver any rabbits with me to shows I attend.

-Rabbits can be picked up at my rabbitry if appointment is made atleast 24 hours beforehand.

-There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to hold rabbit(s) for up to 2 weeks.

-Rabbits come with pedigrees (unless otherwise stated) and enough food to convert to new food.

-No rabbit will be sold with a known illness.

-All DQs will be pointed out to you before you buy any rabbits.

-I will be honest about the quality of each rabbit for sale and answer every question you have to the best of my knowledge.

-Sale of any rabbit will be pending if told the 50% non-refundable is being sent. Rabbit will not be on hold until deposit is received. After deposit is received you will have 2 weeks to pick up rabbit. After 2 weeks, there will be $1.00 charge for every extra day. The other half of the money has to be given to me before you can take rabbit.

-If a rabbit is pending then no money has been sent to me, so you can still inquire.
